Meet our Team

Mohammad has over 43 years of business experience, spending the last 15 years as group CEO and Chairman of several Medgulf subsidiaries. In these capacities, Mohammad has grown the business from a local insurance company to a regional insurance powerhouse with over 12 subsidiaries. In parallel he also served as the Chairman of Banque du Credit National for 4 years. Mohamadʼs experience spans 3 continents with key assignments in financial services, retail management, and M&A projects. He holds a Masterʼs Degree from R.I.T. in Rochester, N.Y.

Hashim started working with Addison Bradley & Co in April 2021. He had been in the Medgulf Group for the last fifteen years, working in several countries, namely: Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. In his last position, Hashim was the CFO of Medgulf Egypt. He has experience in setting-up new companies as he was part of the establishment of both Medgulf Jordan and Egypt. Prior to that, Hashim worked for five years as an auditor at EY. He has an EMBA from the American University in Cairo.

Anthony started working at Addison Bradley & Co. in December 2022. He is a Certified Insurance Practitioner with over 5 years of experience between the Irish and UK markets. Prior to joining Addison Bradley & Co., Anthony worked at Insight Insurance brokers in both their personal lines and commercial departments. He holds a BA in Economics and a MSc in Business Economics from University College Cork.

Michela started working at Addison Bradley & Co. in June 2023. She has over 10 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry within the UK market. Prior to joining Addison Bradley & Co, Michela worked for a number of established Insurance brokerages and a Luxury Real Estate Firm. With her experience, she understands her clients’ needs and requirements within the property and commercial sector. Michela is currently in the process of getting her certificate from the Chartered Institute of Insurance.

Talal joined Addison Bradley & Co. in December 2023, and is undergoing training to become a broker. Before joining Addison Bradley, he was a consultant at RPG Strategy Partners in London. Talal holds a BSc in Economics & International Finance at Queen Mary University of London.
